Dan Licitra comes with a broad range of experience in charitable giving thru developing catered events to raise funds and awareness for such causes as Special Olympics, The Leukemia Foundation, The Cancer Society, Boys & Girls Village and Breast Cancer Awareness.
Dan's first professional post as the General Manager of a successful Restaurant in New England. After 10 years of growing the business, Dan was a senior manager at the New York Marriott Marquis then moved on to private clubs and currently consulting with an off premise catering company on multiple projects. Dan has written and published "The Art of Successful Restaurant Service", a guide for employees to maximize sales and tips.
